Items are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days and, depending on weight and cost, will ship either priority or first class, so from order date to delivery, buyers can expect 2-4 business days for priority and 2-6 for first class. Buyers can always contact me if they need faster shipping times and I'll do my best :) And as always, tracking is included

All items are iCloud unlocked, tested, cleaned, ready to be used. Unless otherwise stated, you can assume that battery life, camera, screens, and functionality are all in working order. Items come with a condition rating as follows (please refer to photos and description for condition as well): A Grade Range (A-, A, A+) Condition (9-10/10) (New, Open Box, Refurbished) A & A+: These items are flawless with little to no signs of use. A-: These items may have extremely light scuffs or surface scratching; surface imperfections, or slight wear around edges B Grade Range (B-, B, B+) Condition (8-8.9/10) (Gently used, Refurbished) These items show modest wear. They may have light scuffs or scratching, light chips or surface imperfections, but said flaws will be purely cosmetic in nature and will NOT affect function in anyway. Battery life is expected to be normal but may decrease with age/use. C Grade Range (C-, C, C+) Condition (7-7.9/10) (Pre-Owned) These items show moderate to heavy signs of wear. This may include heavier scuffs/scratching, chiding, dents, bends, dead or bright pixels, and heavier battery usage (battery may drain faster due to age and/or usage). D Grade Range (D-, D, D+) Condition (6-6.9/10) (Pre-Owned) These items show extreme wear and tear but are fully functional. Refer to pictures and specific description for condition. F Grade Range- (For parts/Not working) These items may have cracked screens, may not be able to turn on, etc. Refer to pictures and specific description for condition.

Unless otherwise stated, all products have a 7 day return window from day of receipt. If products are not sent back after those 7 days with tracking, I reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please note, the serial numbers and/or IMEI codes of all devices sent out are logged, so refunds will NOT be issued if the item sent back doesn't match the one that was sent out. Also, products are tested thoroughly, so D.O.A. items are highly suspicious. Buyer's remorse is understandable, so please note that products returned for this reason are subject to 20% restocking fee + buyer pays return shipping. If product is claimed to not work, and upon receipt actually does work, refund will be 30% less, so please just be honest. Because I am still a new store, I can't offer you any warranties other than the 7 day return window, so please keep this in mind.

As of now, buyers pay through paypal until I can get my stripe account set up. I choose Stripe as my credit card processor. I like stripe because they make security and customer satisfaction a priority by implementing different developer tools. I have no access to your payment information, they encrypt and secure it, plus they send you a digital and trackable receipt. You can learn more about them at their website, stripe.com
